1. jack up the front of the truck and support the frame on jack stands
2. remove adjuster bolts, release tension from torsion bar adjuster block by pushing the key up with a 2 jaw puller or other sufficient tool then remove both adjuster blocks
3.remove the 4 bolts that hold the torsion bar crossmember to the frame and slide the cross member back to the keys fall out and remove the cross member.
4.use a piece of cardboard and a marker to trace out the shape of the D-shapped hole that the adjuster block sits in
5. cut out the shape to use as a template
6.locate the template .5" outward (towards the corresponding torsion bar) on the cross member and as far down as possible...try to  keep the same angle as the original hole or roatate it a little towards the corresponding torsion bar
7.trace the template and repeat on all sides
8.you can.cut out the marked hole with a torch/plasma cutter etc. but a 1.5" hole saw mounted in a standard drill will work just as good if not better...just make sure it is a even cut on both sides
9. repeat on all sides
10. test fit blocks
from here you are pretty much done. you should spray it with some paint or under coating since you have it out. replace any worn xmember to frame bushings...poly bushings will make a big difference in suspension performance and i highly recomend them. reinstall the crossmember reverse of the way you took it out
you should get a 3-4" drop with the adjuster bolts almost all the way out. you can also get a full 5"+ drop if you replace the adjuster block with a 1/4" thick piece of high quality steel the same width and length of the original block. and you can use longer bolts to bring it back to stock height if you need to. make sure you use high quality bolts because their will be alot of pressure on them and the threads might strip on you if you use low quality bolts.
ENJOY YOUR LOW 4X4!
